DALIAN, China, Sept 20 (INP): Two-day International Garment and Textiles exhibition,­­­­ 2018 Dalian Clothing Expo was a huge success as more than 1,000 enterprises, more than 700 brands and over100,000 professional audiences at home and abroad attended the event.

The exhibition was held in Dalian World Expo Plaza and Dalian Xinghai Convention and Exhibition Center from September 14 to 16.

The theme of this exhibition was adapted to Northeast Asia and Europe and the United States market.

Since 1988, the Dalian Fair has successfully held 28 sessions, and the 29th Fair came with a brand new attitude.

The Dalian Fair, was co-sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce and the Dalian Municipal People’s Government and supported by the China Textile Industry Federation have integrated resources with brand-new concepts, achieve cross-border cooperation, and form a new mode of government guidance, industry organization participation and market-oriented operation. Focusing on the global and Northeast Asia, influencing the whole country and driving Dalian, relied on the resources and advantages of various parties, centering on the industrial transformation and upgrading, and expanding the service functions of the Fair, the Fair became the most fashionable and trendy vane in Northeast Asia, and become the international cooperation and exchange of China’s garment and textile industry.

The remarkable highlight of the event was that the number of international brands exhibited have increased as compared with previous years.

More than 200 purchasers and buyers from Italy, Japan, South Korea, Myanmar, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao attended the fair.

“Dalian Issue” sponsored by China Textile Industry Federation and China Clothing Association is one of the important contents of the clothing exposition.

This issue strengthens the new situation and new propositions of industrial development in the new era and new methods, mainly including the interpretation of the latest data on the operation of the industry economy, consumption changes, colors and textile fabrics. Detailed analysis of fashion trends and other cutting-edge information are also part of it.

On the international side, the Italian Joint Cooperation Association, the Japan Fashion Industry Agreement, the Korea Fiber Industry Federation, the French Women’s Clothing Association, the Hong Kong Trade and Development Bureau, the International Fur Association and other international purchasers, buyers and professionals participated in the trade.

Domestically, more than 1,400 professionals from Dashang Group, Wanda Group Mall, Shenyang Zhongxing Building, Dalian Friendship Mall, Dalian Xi’an Road Chamber of Commerce and the shopping malls, agents and distributors in Northeast China also participated in the trade.
