ISLAMABAD, Sep 16 (INP): Minister for interior Mr Ahsan Iqbal Saturday said that Pakistan and China would jointly defeat conspiracies of the enemies against CPEC. The Interior Minister said this during meeting with Chinese Ambassador Sun Weidong here on Saturday. He said CPEC is a symbol of close friendship between the two countries and important for Balochistan. According to details, during the meeting the two sides exchanged views in details on CEPEC and cooperation for training of law enforcement and security institutions on modern lines for the security of Chinese nationals working on the project. The Chinese Ambassador expressed his satisfaction over arrangements for the security of CPEC projects. He also assured cooperation to increase the professional capacity of civil armed forces in security matters. Ahsan Iqbal said that relations between the two countries are based on bilateral goodwill, economic and defence cooperation. He said FC Balochistan has been divided into North and South zones to enhance security of those working on CPEC projects. INP/AH
