Competition named RWU-22 RISING PAKISTAN. RWU-22 Rising Pakistan consisted of three categories namely RWU-Shahkaar (Short films Competition), RWU-Fankaar (Caricature Poster Design, Paintings Competition), RWU-Moseqar (Singing Competition of National Songs). The purpose of the event was to revive patriotic spirit and provide a platform to students from different universities to explore their passion in music, painting, poster design and short film. Singing Competition theme was “National Songs”. Judges for RWU Moseqar included Prof. Tehreem Zafar, Prof. Naheed Raza, Ms. Javeria Tariq. The contestants judged on the song selection, voice quality, rhythm, pronunciation, showmanship and their appeal to the audience and judges. Hadsa Yaad, Kashf Owais, Ashir Sarwar got 1st, 2nd and 3rd position respectively.

Short film competition theme was “Rising Pakistan”. Judges for RWU Shahkar were Dr . Fouzia Saeed Director General PNCA ,Ms. Yasmin Jamali , Mr. Ghulam Maaz , Ms. Saba Kayani. M.Yaseen, Mishaal Saqib, Abdul Hayee Baig got 1st, 2nd and 3rd position respectively. Painting competition theme was “How I see my homeland-Pakistan?” Judges for RWU Fankaar were Ms. Mariam, Ahmed Director Visual Arts, PNCA Ms. Farhat Zaidi, Asst. Prof. Waqar-un-Nisa University. Ms. Asma Tahir Asst. Prof., Waqar-un-Nisa University. Kadija, Ayesha and Zaneera got 1st, 2nd and 3rd position respectively in painting competition. Nimra, Aina and Ayesha got 1st, 2nd and 3rd position respectively in Caricature Poster Design Competition. Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Anila Kamal presented shields to the judges, cash prizes to winners and certificates to the participants..
