Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Caretaker Chief Minister Azam Khan has banned uniform similar to law enforcement agencies (LEAs) in the province. The caretaker chief minister directed the Chief Secretary, Inspector General Police and Secretary Home to impose ban on uniform akin to security forces. Azam Khan was of the view that private security guards of political leaders were often similar to security forces which was illegal. He said that uniform of private security companies should be different of the security forces as similar uniform create confusion for the institutions.
