The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) on Wednesday arrested the mastermind of a gang issuing passports to Afghan citizens in Bannu. According to the spokesperson, FIA Peshawar got intelligence information that a network has been engaged in business of illegal passports. The network was selling Pakistani passports to Afghan nationals. The FIA made a successful operation and arrested the mastermind of this gang and during the raid an Afghan national has also been nabbed on the spot. FIA official further added that the network also includes the officers of Bannu Nadra office. FIA Peshawar has arrested the accused and started further investigation.
