Rain, thunderstorm expected in upper parts of countryBreaking

Rain-wind, thunderstorm is expected in upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Islamabad, northeast Punjab, Potohar region, Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir during the next twelve hours. Heavy falls and hailstorm are likely to occur at few places in Kashmir and adjoining hilly areas. Dry weather is expected in southern parts of the country. Temperature of some major cities recorded. Islamabad and Gilgit fourteen degree centigrade, Lahore fifteen, Karachi twenty-three, Peshawar thirteen, Quetta nine, Murree six and Muzaffarabad eleven degree centigrade. According to Met Office forecast for Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, cloudy chances of rain-wind thunderstorm  is expected in Srinagar, Jammu, Leh, Pulwama, Anantnag, Shopian and Baramulla.

Temperatures recorded. Srinagar, Pulwama and Baramulla three degree centigrade, Jammu fifteen, Leh minus three, Anantnag and Shopian four degree centigrade. On the other hand The Pakistan Meteorological Department predicted dry weather for most districts of Sindh for the next 24 hours. Mainly, dry weather is likely to prevail in the province. The minimum and maximum temperatures recorded during the previous day (in C): Karachi 27-29, Hyderabad 31-33, Suukur 33-35, Thatta 29-31, Mohenjodaro 31-33, Dadu 31-33, Mithi 33-35, and Nawabshah 32-34.
