One-day Dukhtaran-e-Pakistan Conference held at RWU in collaboration with Paigham-e-Pakistan Centre for Peace, Reconciliation and Reconstruction studies. Ms. Naela Chohan (Ambassador), Dr. Zia-ul-Haq (DG IRE), Dr. Muhammad Rizwan (Clinical Psychologist) and Dr. Zaid Haris (Faculty Member ISRA University) were the guest speakers. The purpose of the conference was to enlighten students on the vision of Dukhtaran-e-Pakistan being pivotal in promotion of peace, harmony and tolerance in Pakistan. Speakers also emphasized on the role of women in preventing extremism and violent behavior. Conflict and stress management was also discussed on the occasion. The RWU faculty, Administration and huge number of students marked their presence. At the end Vice Chancellor, Dr. Anila Kamal, presented Vote of Thanks to the guests.
