Army Chief General Asim Munir met Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif hours before the start of the most important meeting of National Security Committee (NSC) on Friday. As per the official sources, both the prime minister and the army chief held a discussion on the situation of the country at PM House in Islamabad. Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) Director General (DG) Nadeem Anjum was also present in the meeting. They will shortly attend the 41st meeting of the National Security Committee (NSC) which is scheduled to start at PM House at 12:30 pm, sources said, adding important decisions are expected to be taken at the NSC huddle.
