The Anti Narcotics Force (ANF) foiled a bid to smuggle huge quantity of narcotics and arrested a drug peddler here on Friday. According to details, the ANF on a tip-off regarding drug smuggling conducted operation near Charsadda road in Peshawar. During raid, the ANF recovered 84 kilogram heroine worth millions of rupees and arrested a drug pusher stated to be hailing from Peshawar. The ANF spokesperson said that the detainee was involved in supplying narcotics to various cities of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Punjab. The recovered heroin was confiscated and the detainee was being investigated after registering a case against him under Drug Act.
