Armed assailants opened indiscriminate fire on a house and gunned down two brothers in the Malakand district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, police confirmed on Wednesday. According to media reports, the incident occurred in Gambat But-khela area of Malakand district when armed assailants opened fire at a house for reason unknown, yet. As a result, two brothers were caught up in the fire and succumbed to their injuries, later on. Whereas, four other women were injured in the incident. Levies authorities said that the motivating factors behind such inhumane acts are unknown yet, however, the police are investigating the matter and hope to achieve a breakthrough soon.
