Seven confirmed dead in southwest China landslide

GUIYANG, March 30 (Xinhua) -- Seven people have been confirmed dead in a landslide that occurred near a concrete firm in southwest China's Guizhou Province on Friday, local authorities said Monday.
The landslide trapped 12 people at the Guizhou Commercial Concrete Co. Ltd. in the city of Guiyang, the provincial capital, Friday night.
The rescuers found the last missing person at 3:12 p.m. Monday. Five of the 12 people were injured and sent to hospitals.
An investigation into the cause is underway. ■
