ISLAMABAD, Aug 10 (INP): Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has decided to move to Islamabad High court (IHC) for disqualification of Foreign Minister Khwaja Muhammad Asif. As per details, on the instruction of party chief Imran Khan PTI leader Usman Dar will file a petition in IHC today seeking court ruling for disqualification of Khwaja Asif. Dar’s counsel has prepared the petition which will be filed today. In the petition, Dar has accused Asif of being involved in money laundering of millions of rupees. The petitioner has submitted that Asif had concealed his Aqama (Work Permit) and did not declare it. He added that despite holding public office, Asif had been working in a foreign company. He added that details of agreement with the foreign company had been made public. The petitioner alleged that millions of rupees were transferred into Asif account by the foreign company. Dar said that Asif declared him as businessmen in the asset declaration filed with ECP, but he turned out to be an employee in the a foreign company. He further alleged that Asif did not even declared the salary he withdrawn from the foreign company in his income tax return. INP/AJ
