The Government of Pakistan released funds amounting to Rs4.21 billion to execute Information Technology (IT) related projects during the first six months (July-December) of the current fiscal year (2022-23) under the Public Sector Development Programme (PSDP). According to information available with WealthPK, the government has authorised the utilisation of development funds amounting to Rs4.21 billion out of a total allocation of Rs6.33 billion for various ongoing and new projects of the Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication. Out of the total authorised/disbursed amount, the total amount spent on the development projects during the corresponding period of the last fiscal year (2021-22) stood at Rs3.662 billion.
