ISLAMABAD, Aug 05 (INP-WealthPK): Pakistan has encouraged Norwegian companies to benefit from the country’s IT expertise and geographic location.
In a meeting with Ambassador of Norway to Pakistan Per Albert Ilsaas, Minister for Information Technology and Telecommunication Syed Amin-Ul-Haque shared the IT and telecom policies and priorities of the present government for sustainable and inclusive growth in the sector. He pledged full support and cooperation of the IT & Telecom Ministry to enhance the relations between the two countries.
They exchanged views on matters of mutual interest and highlighted Pakistan’s friendly relations with Norway. Syed Amin-Ul-Haque said both the countries enjoy admirable bilateral relations.
Per Albert Ilsaas stressed the need to expand bilateral cooperation in the information technology and telecommunication sector. Pakistan and Norway enjoy excellent relations, which need to be further promoted, he said.
