FAISALABAD, Aug 11 (INP): At least nine people died and several operations were delayed as young doctors continue strike on Friday. According to details, young doctors in favour of their demands were holding strike at Allied Hospital Faisalabad and patients had to suffer and nine patients suffering from different diseases breathed their last due to unavailability of treatment. Operations of several patients were postponed due to absence of doctors and more causalities were feared. Doctors of three central hospitals of Rawalpindi including Allied Hospital, Holy Family Hospital and Benazir Bhutto Shaheed Hospital were on also on strike due to which patients visiting and under treatment had to suffer.
