KSB Pumps Companies Ltd.’s sales revenue increased 19% to Rs3.6 billion in the nine months of CY22 compared with Rs3 billion in the corresponding period of the last year. The gross profit registered a growth of 33% during the nine months of CY22 and stood at Rs535.7 million from Rs404 million in the corresponding period of the previous year. The company posted a net income of Rs26 million during the nine months of CY22 compared to a loss of Rs12.6 billion in the corresponding period last year, showing a growth of 308% year-on-year, reports WealthPK.

Performance in 2021

During CY2021, the company maintained a strong sales trend generating a revenue of Rs4.3 billion over Rs3.6 billion in CY20, posting an increase of 20% year-on-year.   The gross profit for CY21 stood at Rs594 million same as in CY20. Profit-after-taxation for the year jumped to Rs27.3 million, 67% up from Rs16.38 million in CY20.

The company’s earnings per share (EPS) has been decreasing in recent years. However, it increased to Rs2.07 in CY21.
