August 09, 2017

ISLAMABAD , Aug 9 (INP) Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan has asked hid party workers to remain peaceful and also stay away from Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) rally. PTI spokesman Fawad Chaudhry in a statement said that the PTI workers will remain away from PML-N rally. He said that PTI chairman has also directed workers to be careful and remain peaceful. He said that Nawaz Sharif’s plan to travel to Lahore in a cavalcade on GT Road was a deliberate attempt to continue undermining the Supreme Court of Pakistan by calling into question its decision on the Panama case. By challenging the SC, Sharif was attempting to destroy the judicial system. He further said that having become redundant politically after his disqualification, and knowing he can now never become prime minister, Nawaz is prepared to destroy the whole democratic system. He said that in a democracy one leads by moral authority and Nawaz Sharif lost that authority the day his corruption was exposed and he was disqualified by the Supreme Court of Pakistan. INP/AH
