Fascinating Gwadar Football Ground established

Islamabad, Jan.29 (INP): A beautiful and fascinating Football Ground has been established at Gwadar.
According to a Gwadar Pro's report on Saturday, following an extraordinary response to Gwadar Cricket Stadium, the beauty of Gwadar Football Ground has taken social media by storm.
Netizens are sharing beautiful pictures of Gwadar Football Ground and comparing the lush green ground with world’s different soccer venues.
The football ground is located at the foot of Koh-e-Batil, one of the famous hills in the south of Gwadar city at an altitude of 470 feet.
"After the huge response to the Gwadar Cricket Stadium, another milestone is the wonderful Gwadar Football Ground on the same line," Mehak Shahid, the first female sports journalist from Balochistan wrote on her Twitter.
The Gwadar Football Ground is not new. It has been around for decades. However, after observing the extraordinary response to the Gwadar Cricket Ground, the city administration started to rehabilitate the soccer ground.
The grass, the installation of floodlights, and the building of the pavilion cost an estimated amount of Rs 6 million. The ground is expected to be inaugurated in near future.
“The facility will play a positive role in engaging the youth of Gwadar in a healthy sport activity,” wrote Homer Baloch, adding that the ground has increased the aesthetic beauty of the coastal city.
The football ground is close to Senator Muhammad Ishaq Baloch Cricket Ground Gwadar. The cricket ground was inaugurated in November 2020.
The Gwadar Cricket Stadium got attention in January 2021, when International Cricket Council’s official Twitter account shared pictures of the stadium with a message “Show us a more picturesque sports venue than the Gwadar cricket stadium in Balochistan. We’ll wait...”
Football is the most favorite game of people living in coastal areas of Pakistan, the report added.
