ISLAMABAD, April 9 (Xinhua) -- Social distancing measures are instituted and few vehicles ply on the streets in Islamabad during a lockdown aimed at curbing the spread of COVID-19 in the capital of Pakistan as the country's total number of cases surpass 4,000, including 55 deaths.
