9th Muharram observed with religious fervor amid stringent security

LAHORE/KARACHI/ISLAMABAD, Sep 30 (INP) : Mourners took out out mourning processions across the country today, Saturday, the ninth of Muharram, to pay homage to the martyrs of Karbala. In Karachi, the main procession was taken out from Nishtar Park, while in Lahore the procession began from Pando Street. In Islamabad, the procession was taken out from Asna Ashri Bargah G-6/2 which was participated by large number of mourners. The main procession in Islamabad is taken out on the 9th of Muharram.
