ISLAMABAD, Sept 8 (INP): The Supreme Court has formed three-member bench headed by Justice Ejaz Afzal to hear Panama review petition filed against the SC July 28 judgment, in which apex court disqualified then prime minister Nawaz Sharif, by the Sharif family and Ishaq Dar. The Three-member bench will be headed by Justice Ejaz Afzal and comprises of Justice Azmat Saed and Justice Aijaz. The review petition was filed by the former Nawaz Sharif, his family and former finance minister Ishaq Dar challenging the apex court verdict that had disqualified the Nawaz Sharif and ordered the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) to file references against Nawaz Sharif, his sons, daughter and Ishaq Dar. Nawaz Sharif’s children — Hussain, Hassan and Maryam — and his son-in-law retired Captain Mohammad Safdar filed review petitions challenging the SC’s July 28 verdict, on August 25.INP/AJ
